Twilio's Trust Hub is a unified console experience that provides a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identification system, enabling businesses and ISV partners to create and manage verified business identities in one place. To comply with regulatory requirements, businesses need to authenticate themselves and their tenants to access trust products such as A2P 10DLC and SH/ST. Trust Hub simplifies the data collection process for ISVs by providing a standard secondary customer profile bundle creation through its REST API, allowing them to build registration portals for their tenants and leverage verified communication with customers.
