Reflecting on Pride: More Than a Month of Celebration

Twilio celebrated Pride Month as a global tribute to the LBGTQ+ community and reflected on its role in advancing equality, justice, and visibility for this group. The company's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are foundational to inclusivity, connection, and community at Twilio. Spectrum, Twilio’s ERG for the LBGTQ+ community, fosters a supportive environment through various initiatives throughout the year. During Pride Month, Twilio sponsored events like the Lesbians Who Tech Virtual Summit and hosted virtual volunteer and community events to support the LBGTQ+ community. In the coming months, Spectrum ERG plans to create more leadership and community-building opportunities for LBGTQ+ Twilions as well as internal education and enablement.
