Introducing Configurable Call Limits for Programmable Voice
Twilio has introduced Configurable Call Limits for its Programmable Voice platform, allowing businesses to set customizable time limits for their voice calls. This feature extends the maximum call duration from four hours to 24 hours and enables users to set individual call limits between one minute and 24 hours. The new feature is accessible through the Twilio Console and can be configured using the Voice API, TwiML, or by updating active calls. When a call reaches its configured limit, it will be disconnected, and monitoring tools will alert users to help them tune their settings accordingly.
