External Storage for Video Recordings is Available to All Customers

Twilio is now offering a feature that allows customers to store their video recordings in an external storage bucket on AWS S3, providing more flexibility and control over media capture pipelines. This change simplifies the workflow for developers who want to use this feature, which was previously exclusive to Twilio Editions. With External Storage, users can push Recordings or Compositions directly to their preferred AWS S3 bucket of choice, eliminating the need for extra developments. The new feature is now available to all customers at no additional cost.
