Supabase Beta August 2023

Launch Week 8 brought new features and updates to Supabase, including pgvector 0.5.0 with HNSW for faster semantic search, Hugging Face support in Python Vector Client and Edge Functions, Supabase Local Dev enhancements, Supabase Studio 3.0, a new Integrations Marketplace, Vercel Integration 2.0 and Next.js App Router Support, and Supavisor for scaling Postgres to 1 million connections. Community highlights from the past four months include HIPAA and SOC2 Type 2 compliance, Launch Week 8 hackathon winners, and various product announcements and community events.
