Codecov has expanded its capabilities beyond just code coverage to include AI PR Review, AI Test Generation, Test Analytics, and Bundle Analysis. The AI PR Review feature uses an AI-powered code review assistant to catch basic errors that developers may have missed, improving efficiency and readability. The AI Test Generation tool generates tests for changes in a PR using coverage data, test results, and diff, increasing code coverage quickly. Test Analytics separates flaky tests from legitimate failures, making debugging easier and improving CI efficiency. Bundle Analysis highlights total bundle size changes and alerts on bundles that break pre-defined thresholds to help avoid inadvertently increasing bundle sizes too much.
