Visibility and limits: Keep track of your ngrok usage

This new feature allows users to quickly assess their account's traffic volume and identify areas where they may be approaching or exceeding their account limits, providing simplicity and transparency about endpoint traffic. The updated usage view displays various metrics such as traffic through endpoints, data transfer in and out, requests with Traffic Policy applied, and more. Users can filter historical data for a custom range of time periods. When usage metrics nears the limit defined by their current plan, ngrok will notify them with an "Needs attention" section to help implement fixes or upgrades. The feature is available right from the ngrok dashboard, allowing users to stay on top of their usage and provide feedback through the new community repo.
