With an average person's attention span of eight seconds, this tool is crucial in retaining viewers when technical issues arise. The Reconnect Window allows for the insertion of images (slates) during reconnection periods, providing updates and assurances to viewers that the stream will resume shortly. This feature supports standard, reduced, and low-latency live streams and is available at no extra cost to all Mux Video live-streaming customers.
