New Feature: Master Access lets you download the highest quality of a video

Mux introduces Master Access, a new feature that complements their existing MP4 Support. While MP4 Support is designed for sharing and offline viewing of videos, Master Access allows users to archive or download high-quality video files for editing purposes. This feature is particularly useful in cases where Mux has the only copy of a live stream or when users upload directly to Mux. Importantly, Mux ensures full ownership of content for its customers, allowing them to move their video files to another platform if needed. Master Access is available at no additional cost, with normal streaming charges applying when downloading the master file.
