Atlas Edge Server is Now in Public Preview

MongoDB has announced that its Atlas Edge Server is now in public preview. This server extends the capabilities of MongoDB's developer data platform, including search and charts, to remote and network-constrained environments. The Atlas Edge Server is a part of the Atlas for the Edge solution, which enables local data processing and management within edge environments and across edge devices, reducing latency, enhancing performance, and allowing for disconnection resilience. Developers can now directly download, configure, and manage the server through the Atlas UI. The Public Preview underscores MongoDB's ongoing commitment to enhancing its developer data platform for distributed infrastructures.
