Open Source Extraction Service

This text introduces a new service for extracting structured data from unstructured sources such as text and PDF documents. The hosted version of the service is now available with a simple front end, allowing developers to experiment with the latest tools for their own use-cases. The service supports various file types, schema formats, models, few-shot examples, and extraction methods. It also includes a LangServe endpoint for core extraction logic, enabling users to plug it into their own Langchain workflows.
