Dynamic few-shot examples with LangSmith datasets
Today, LangSmith introduces dynamic few-shot example selectors to enhance its capabilities. Few-shot prompting is a technique that improves application performance by selecting relevant examples for prompts based on user input. This new feature allows users to index and search over their datasets with ease, improving the efficiency of LLM applications. Dynamic few-shot prompting offers advantages over finetuning, such as easier execution, keeping up-to-date, and minimal specialized infrastructure requirements. LangSmith's dynamic few-shot prompting is currently in closed beta, with a public launch planned later this month.
