Ally Financial has collaborated with LangChain to release the first initial coding module addressing the challenge of handling personal identifiable information (PII) in highly regulated, consumer-focused industries. The PII Masking module provides a starting point for organizations that frequently handle customer PII during their business operations. This collaboration led to the creation of Ally.ai, a secure bridge between Ally data and commercial grade LLMs. The platform has already made an impact on the business by saving time for customer care associates and improving overall efficiency.
