Release Announcement: Telegraf 1.20.4

Telegraf 1.20.4 has been released as a maintenance update with improvements and plugin fixes. The update includes build removals for Modbus Input Plugin on OpenBSD, input plugin updates for Intel RDT, NVIDIA SMI, MySQL, Proxmox, output plugin updates for Loki, and dependency updates for BurntSushi/toml, gosnmp, and go.opentelemetry.io/otel. The latest Telegraf release can be downloaded from the InfluxData website.
