Incident.io, an incident management platform, has recently celebrated several milestones including its first year anniversary for two employees, moving into a fourth London office in the past 12 months, raising $34 million in Series A funding, and opening its first international office in the US. The company has seen significant growth in usage of its product features such as workflows, which automate tasks like sending Slack messages or emails during incidents. Since December 2021, approximately 65% of customers have created workflows that have automated over 27,000 tasks and actions. Additionally, the platform has helped manage around 18,000 declared incidents across hundreds of organizations.
