This month's highlights at incident.io include improvements to incident insights with four new dashboards for workload, MTTX, readiness, and seasonality tracking. Additionally, duration metrics can now be configured on the homepage. A new feature called incident subscriptions allows users to receive notifications about changes to incidents via Slack or email.
