New Joiner: Esther Delignat

Esther, a young and enthusiastic member of the incident.io team, has joined to enhance customer experience. She encourages customers to request new features, provide feedback on existing ones, seek training for their teams, and share best practices in incident management. Prior to her current role, she was involved in go-to-market strategy, sales, and CS at Cycle, and had a background in venture capital. Esther enjoys connecting with people and has a diverse range of interests outside work, including Krav Maga, surfing, and exploring new topics.
