How to Boost Collaboration between Product and Data teams

In a SELECT session on February 15, 2024, Hex team members shared their experience of using Hex's platform to foster collaboration between product and data teams. They discussed how they redefined key activation metrics for the business by leveraging Hex's interactive data apps. The new metric, users creating 10 cells within their first 14 days, was integrated into Hex's operational framework using dbt integration. This project demonstrated Hex's commitment to promoting collaborative and innovative data practices, empowering stakeholders in the product org to make smart business decisions based on data-driven insights.
