Switching to an annual plan can really pay off
Fivetran customers often begin their journey through online purchasing (OLP), which allows them to enter their credit card information and immediately become a customer. Many of these customers later move to an annual plan, which offers cost savings, support from a customer success manager, consultation on data infrastructure set up, and scalability as they continue to grow their business. Of the customers who have upgraded to Fivetran's annual plan in the past year, 86 percent indicated cost savings as one of their main motivators. Additionally, having a dedicated customer success manager and access to solution architects can help optimize usage and align on implementation.
