Help Scout Is Our Latest Connector and Partner

Fivetran, a secure pipeline for replicating important company data into a central data warehouse, has partnered with Help Scout, an email-based help desk software company with over 7,000 customers. The partnership allows Help Scout to utilize the Fivetran pipeline for advanced business analytics. Data from Help Scout runs through the Fivetran pipeline and is stored in Google BigQuery data warehouse, a technology partner of Fivetran. Additionally, Help Scout uses Looker, a BI tool and Fivetran partner, to create dashboards displaying key business metrics. This partnership enables companies to gain deep insights into sales trends and metrics by running SQL queries and employing Business Intelligence (BI) software tools.
