DoubleCloud has announced its 8th product update, which includes the preview launch of Google Cloud support for users to select their preferred cloud provider when creating Clickhouse or Apache Kafka clusters on DoubleCloud. Benchmark tests revealed a 30% performance boost on GCP due to AMD Milan architecture and higher-performing network disk options. The company is now certified for SOC 2 Type 1, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018, demonstrating its commitment to data privacy and security. Additionally, DoubleCloud has added an ElasticSearch connector to its DoubleCloud Transfer service to facilitate easy migration of data to Clickhouse without any coding or hassle. The update also includes support for Clickhouse versions 23.4 and 23.5, as well as several quality-of-life improvements on the platform.
