Stefan, a Solutions Architect at DoubleCloud, shares his experience working with data and databases in various start-ups. He joined DoubleCloud last September after missing the excitement of working with large amounts of data. At DoubleCloud, he enjoys building something valuable without worrying about departmental targets. The company's diverse team, consisting of 17 nationalities, fosters a sense of unity and collaboration despite being remote. Stefan also appreciates the opportunity to work closely with ClickHouse®, an open-source DBMS that is constantly evolving. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring nature, playing retro computer games, building Lego sets, and enjoying Bavarian beer.
