The new features aim to make starting and using Apache Cassandra® in the cloud easier than ever, especially for new users. Sample apps are available for various technologies such as Spring, Jamstack, and GraphQL with Cassandra. Additionally, Astra offers tools like CQL shell, DataStax Studio, REST API, and GraphQL API to interact with databases. Monitoring database health is also possible through a Grafana dashboard. The free plan includes 5GB of storage, available forever without requiring a credit card.
