DataStax Community 2.1.9 Ready for Download

DataStax Community Edition 2.1.9 has been released as a maintenance update for Apache Cassandra 2.1 branch. It is now available for download from PlanetCassandra and includes bug fixes listed in the CHANGES.txt file.
