Introducing wildcard-filtered metric queries

This feature adapts to dynamic infrastructures and helps users build queries for monitoring and alerting on specific data. Wildcard filtering is useful for tracking tags attached to assets with frequent launches or churn, such as VMs, devices, and containers. It can also help businesses understand performance differences between application versions and create more powerful, complex filters when querying metrics.
