Manage your infrastructure with ServiceNow CMDB and Datadog

ServiceNow is an IT service management platform that assists organizations in managing and tracking enterprise-level IT processes such as infrastructure management, customer support, and incident response. Its configuration management database (CMDB) enables centralized management of information about all IT objects owned by the organization for efficient tracking and maintenance. Datadog now integrates with ServiceNow CMDB to provide access to rich tag context stored as configuration items (CIs) within Datadog's unified observability platform. This integration allows SREs, DevOps engineers, and other monitoring personnel to access critical information that might have otherwise been siloed within the IT organization, enabling them to more easily correlate infrastructure components and take action to remediate issues.
