New Twilio Voice native integration in Daily Bots, the Open Source cloud for Voice AI

Today, Daily Bots announces its integration with Twilio, allowing developers to use their Twilio numbers and voice workflows directly with real-time conversational voice AI powered by Daily Bots. This integration enables state-of-the-art talking agents that can retrieve structured data using any Language Learning Model (LLM) for tasks like scheduling appointments, answering questions back-and-forth about a policy, completing intake, and triaging and routing more effectively. The Twilio WebSockets are natively supported in Daily Bots, allowing developers to create real-time voice AI agents configured with a TwiML code output directly from the dashboard or via REST API. This integration aims to improve telephony workflows by providing enterprise customers with flexible use of Daily Bots across their technology stack and leveraging existing Twilio Voice assets together with the adaptive voice feature set.
