Announcing Turnstile, a user-friendly, privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA

Cloudflare has announced an open beta of its new alternative to CAPTCHA called Turnstile. This smart CAPTCHA alternative automatically chooses from a rotating suite of non-intrusive browser challenges based on telemetry and client behavior exhibited during a session. Turnstile is designed to improve user experience by eliminating the need for users to solve complex puzzles, while also enhancing privacy by reducing data collection. The technology behind Turnstile has been used by Cloudflare itself to reduce its use of CAPTCHA by 91%. Turnstile can be easily integrated into any website without requiring users to be on the Cloudflare network.
