Traffic Manager is an integral part of the Cloudflare network that ensures uptime and reliability for products by constantly measuring system health metrics, redistributing traffic to avoid overloading data centers, and reverting actions as needed. It uses available CPU time to determine how much traffic can be moved between data centers based on their capacity and latency. Traffic Manager allows Cloudflare's Browser Isolation product to predict reliability issues and preemptively move the service elsewhere for better user experience.
