CloudFlare is PCI Certified
On June 4th, 2014, Matthew Prince announced that CloudFlare has been certified as a Level 1 service provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) 2.0 after an independent third-party assessment by a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA).
