Developer Spotlight: Winning a Game Jam with Jamstack and Durable Objects

Developer Spotlight is a new blog series showcasing interesting applications built on the Cloudflare Workers Ecosystem. One such application is Full Tilt by Guido Zuidhof, which won first place in the innovation category at Ludum Dare, one of the biggest and oldest game jams around. Full Tilt is a browser game where users control a game on their computer via their phone using Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects. The game demonstrates how powerful Durable Objects are by allowing Guido to write all the logic to instantly spin up a personal gaming server anywhere in the world, as close to that player as possible.
