Announcing Green Compute on Cloudflare Workers

Cloudflare introduces Green Compute, a feature that enables developers to run their compute workloads exclusively on parts of the edge network powered by renewable energy. This is achieved without any additional time, work, or complexity for users. The concept is simple: when turned on, all Cron-triggered Workers will be run on hardware located in facilities powered by renewable energy. Green Compute ensures that not only Cloudflare's network equipment but also the building facility as a whole are powered by renewable energy. This feature aims to bring sustainable computing to users without any additional effort or changes required.
