Introducing Tour Branching

Tour Branching is a new feature that allows users to choose their own path when exploring a product. This functionality enables businesses with multiple user personas or paths in their products to offer personalized onboarding experiences. By giving users the ability to self-select their preferred path, they can learn what matters most to them and help businesses understand more about their customers based on their choices. Branching can be used for identifying user personas, offering different product use cases, and providing options after a user reaches an "aha moment." A pre-built branching modal template is available in Chameleon, with instructions on how to build and configure branching steps provided in the help docs.
