Pipeline metrics!

The new Pipelines page in Buildkite focuses on improving build speed and reliability. It features a redesigned interface with added metrics, build history visualization, and customizable pipeline descriptions. The page is powered by the public GraphQL API for faster load times and has an open-source codebase available on GitHub. A new 'Basics' section in the documentation covers key Buildkite concepts, starting with pipelines. An upcoming feature called 'My Builds' will provide access to individual builds.
