Interviewing @ Buildkite

Buildkite has designed its hiring process to provide candidates with a comfortable remote setting for showcasing their skills. The process includes an initial application submission through BeApplied or Lever, followed by a screening interview with the People team. Candidates then proceed to a second interview with potential close working partners and a take-home project to demonstrate their skills. A final technical interview is conducted before extending an offer. Throughout the process, Buildkite aims to provide candidates with valuable feedback and a positive experience.
