Euruko 2022 wrap up

The European Ruby Konferenz (Euruko) 2022 was held in Helsinki, Finland. This hybrid event attracted more than 700 attendees from across Europe and beyond for two days of presentations, lightning talks, and discussions. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Euruko successfully transitioned to a virtual format in 2021 and returned as an in-person event this year. The conference featured a range of topics, including keynotes from Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto and Andy Croll, discussions on security, performance, and benchmarking, and insights into the history of computing. Attendees also enjoyed Finnish culture with pre-conference sauna sessions and unique catering experiences. The event was well-received for its inclusive atmosphere, top-notch content, and strong sense of community.
