AWS Graviton Ready

On December 2, 2021, Buildkite announced its official partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Graviton Ready Partner. This collaboration brings full support for Graviton2 (C6g) instances in the Elastic CI Stack for AWS, with Graviton3 (C7g) support expected soon. AWS Graviton is an Arm-based EC2 instance type offering enhanced performance and reduced power usage compared to traditional instance types. In collaboration with AWS, Buildkite ensures its Elastic CI Stack for AWS provides top-tier Graviton support, enabling users to establish highly scalable continuous integration (CI) infrastructure powered by the fastest AWS compute. To begin using Graviton2 with Buildkite, follow the Elastic CI Stack for AWS tutorial and choose one of the c6g* instance types.
