Introducing rules_xcodeproj 1.0

rules_xcodeproj 1.0 has been released after a year of development. The project aims to support Bazel builds for Xcode projects and has received contributions from Spotify, Robinhood, and Slack engineers. While the 1.0 release marks a certain level of "doneness," there are still features planned for future updates, such as additional build modes, diagnostics replaying, and custom Build Reports. The author thanks all contributors and users who have helped shape rules_xcodeproj into what it is today.
