Bringing the Missing Frontend Search Block to the Laravel Vue.js Community

Taylor Otwell, creator of Laravel, introduced an official package called Scout that allows users to add full-text search on top of their existing database. In Laravel 5.3, Otwell chose Vue.js as the default frontend framework, which led to increased interest in Vue.js due to its alignment with Laravel's core values. The author of this text created a library called Vue InstantSearch that works with Algolia and can be easily installed into existing applications. The project received positive feedback from testers and was previewed at the Laracon US event, where it gained further attention. With over 100 users and strong community support, the author plans to continue improving the library and incorporating user feedback.
